I started training with Ish almost 4 years ago to get in shape, lose weight & just be healthier in general.  Since then, I have met my original goals, seen progress that I thought was out of my reach, and continue to set and achieve new goals. 

There is so much positive energy generated at this gym.  Ish obviously enjoys the people he works with.  He’s tough, but without fail has the best interest of his clients as his main objective.  Going to train is fun and something I look forward to.  

If you are considering personal training--regardless of your gym experience, goals, fitness level or age--I recommend Ishmael Cole without hesitation.

Ish Fitness is where you go when you want results.

Ish is great to work with!  I've worked with him for several years and always have far better results working with him than by myself. He's able to push you beyond what you think you can do and help you strive to set and achieve goals that make you feel and look better.  He is able to adapt to varying fitness and injury levels and makes going to the gym something you actually look forward to doing. If you're on the fence  about working out with a trainer, I'd highly suggest working with Ish!  He's a genuinely good guy, excellent trainer and easy to work with.  Good hard work will get you where you want to go and he can help you get there. Highly recommended!!!

Ish Fitness is an awesome place to train!  Ish works with people of all levels of fitness and individualizes their plans to meet their specific goals. I started training here in May, and have seen more results in the last 7 months than I have in the last two years that I have been working out.  I recently competed bikini in a bodybuilding competition and placed 1st in both my classes.  I owe my success to teaming up with Ish and using the tools he gave me to transform my body.  He motivates, encourages, and supports me every time I'm there.  Easy to work with, and an overall great guy.  I would refer him to any and all of my family and friends!

Ish is the best!  I'm over 60 and have worked with Ish for ten years.  His patience and enthusiasm keeps me coming back.  His personalized workouts can accommodate health issues, yet keep you moving forward - and he always makes it fun!  No matter what your current fitness level is, or what your goals are, Ish has a plan for you. Give him a call. You'll be glad you did!

I trained with weights and tried dieting for years before meeting Ish. I thought maybe competing wasn't a possibility for me because I'd never be able to get that lean, after 3 months with Ish, he asked if I still aspired to compete. I told him if he believed I could do it I would do whatever he said it took to get there. Well we did it, I stepped on stage my first time this year and have never been leaner or happier or prouder of my fitness accomplishments! He took everything that I had been doing to the next level. Now here I am in the off-season and I'm still leaner with more muscle than I've ever been besides when I was getting ready to compete. Ish brings a ton of energy and will help push you towards whatever your goal may be. I've walked in the gym wanting to cry, punch something, scream, or even just curl into a ball and sleep but every. single. time. I leave with a smile on my face shaking my head at how he changed my mood. He's awesome and worth your time to check out what he has to offer!
