Been going to Edge for just under 2 years now and still loving every moment of it. This gym is like having a personal trainer. The workouts are different every day, every week, always!! I love that it is always changing. We get to combine strength training and cardio movements to get a full body workout. The atmosphere is amazing and everyone has become a little family. There are many gym activities throughout the year, so if you are looking for a sense of community you will get it here. Honestly the cleanest gym I have ever been to, which is a plus!! Highly recommend anyone wanting to try it out to give it a month. Because the workouts vary, you will want to feel the full affects. I have grown strong in body and mind since joining this gym. Just join, you will never regret!! ❤️

Edge Body is so much more than just a gym. I've been going since Nov 2016, and I have no idea how I survived all those years without it. From the second you start, every coach knows your name and instantly makes you feel welcome. You will be pushed by not only the coaches, but the members as well. Everyone is so encouraging, and it's like one big family/team. Workouts are definitely challenging, but you will surprise yourself by what you're able to accomplish. Can't say enough good about this gym. Highly recommend!

Great atmosphere. Joy is an amazing teacher. The bootcamp is great and is designed for all levels of fitness. I have seen great results and have only gone 4x. This bootcamp is going to be my new addiction! I love it!

This a great facility with an awesome staff. They have so many class times, there is always one that works for my schedule and each workout is different so it never gets old. They do an excellent job of helping each member excel in their own way so we can all accomplish our goals. They go beyond a normal gym in so many ways, with fun events, nutrition coaching and a real community atmosphere.

I've never worked out this consistently in my life, but Edge Body Boot Camp makes it convenient with 7 different class times to choose from. As a busy mom, I love the short duration/high intensity format. You get in and out quickly, but you always get a great workout. I thought it would get easier over time, but I'm just getting stronger and pushing myself harder. The trainers are encouraging and the environment is positive. There are people at all fitness levels and it doesn't matter. Everyone works hard and goes at their own pace. We cheer each other on and commiserate when we come in sore the next day! Try it!
