Planet Fitness is known for a lot of things. We’ve got tons of equipment, clean and spacious locker rooms, and the friendliest staff around. We’re also the home of the Judgement Free Zone®, which is a somewhat fancy way of saying we’re a laid-back environment, where you don’t need to worry about that hardcore attitude you might find other places.

Hot water has been resolved . Staff is friendly and professional and always there to help the members. Equipment is up to date and well maintained. Facility is clean and well maintained also

The staff is very friendly. The gym is very clean. They have fresh flowers in the locker room. Nice to see and smell.

FRAUDULENT CHARGES!!! Asked to downgrade my membership and got signed up for another account on the sneak without my knowledge. Now I’m being told they can’t refund their own “mistakes”, and that my membership was never set up right in the first place when I moved from the 132nd location. The employee realized this and decided not to say anything and use my card & information to create an unwanted duplicate account. I’m now cancelling my card and going through a transaction dispute process with my bank. How can one person have two accounts at the same gym? Doesn’t make sense to me, because it’s shady. I’d recommend NOT signing up here, sorry guys. Was a loyal customer for over a year. Not cool. Told by the 84th location to go beg 132nd’s general manager for my money back despite none of this situation taking place there. Strangely after I posted an online review about this dishonest behavior now they’ve expressed an interest in helping me. STAY AWAY! You’ll never be able to transfer, downgrade or cancel without the headache of unauthorized charges. Read through the reviews, horror stories like mine are sprinkled in at every Planet Fitness location. I should’ve listened, you still can if you’re thinking about signing up.
