What a cool shop!!  Some cool things for sale like old albums.   We had our guitar serviced here.  The guy did it on the spot (it just took a couple minutes) and didn't charge me.  Not sure if he's the (sole) proprietor.  Honest,  fair place of business.  They got a lot of hurricane damage and are just trying to build up the business they love.   Great little restaurant/store next door called Oasis by the way.  Healthy/Vegetarian.

A real and great music store. I lucked into finding a local music store more than a dozen years ago. The owner, Robert Donovan, was immediately ultra helpful getting an American (The) Strat back together for me even though it was purchased elsewhere. I have come to respect and admire the owner and his co-horts. Fabulous local talent relies on Robert, Island Music and master teachers like Manuel Pedraza, Sr. stay loyal to the community via Island Music's commitment to musicianship and fair deals.
