Very run of the mill. Don't expect great information from staff. Does not offer refunds on own products

Staff is not trained very well. I buy electronic components and have yet to find anyone who can answer a question or find simple connectors in the store.

I am only leaving 1 star because you have to leave something. 1) call and ask if they have a phone case and they tell you they do but when you get there to pick it up, they don't have it on the shelf. 2) wait for 15 minutes while they argue if they have it in the back and take a leisurely stroll to go get it. 3) charge $20 more than anywhere else for the exact same case 4) realize that the case they sold you is for the 6 plus not the 6s Plus 5) when you take it back in to exchange it, they argue with you that it is the exact same phone 6) realize when you get home that the screen protector you purchased at the same time for your husband's phone had already been used and was broken 7) when you call them to tell them, they tell you since it was already opened, they can't give you one that wasn't used and broken. I will NEVER suggest anyone use this poor excuse for a customer service establishment. Thank you for wasting my time and my money and having the most untrained associates I have ever dealt with. PATHETIC!

Called to get info on a product;I was handled very abruptly. I felt as though I was rushed off the phone. And afterwards I still didn't have a clear answer to my question :( Come on RadioShack! Better service!
