Island Retreat is a great rv park. The staff is friendly and helpful. I haven't seen them without a smile on their face. The wi-fi and cable is the only reason for just 4 stars but i think that is soon to be fixed. Would have given 5 stars but for this. Highly recommend Island Retreat RV Park.

Island Retreat is a very nice place. The people were friendly and efficient, price was great and the facility was clean well kept, and quiet. We would recommend this park to anyone wanting a quiet getaway.

We had to leave after 2 nights because we woke up with ants in our bed. There were ant hills everywhere!! The sites are adequate but our space was under an oak tree and we heard acorns falling on our roof which kept us awake at night. There are huge pot holes in the park and sites are not kept clean. I saw unsightly items such as a grocery cart. By the dumpster was an old sofa and mattress that had been there a while because of grass growing around thm. I would not recommend this campground.
