Lou and Robert who run this Istorage are amazing.  They are courteous, knowledgeable and extremely willing to accommodate requests if at all possible.  They also have a post box facility there conveniently.  They were even kind enough to call me when I received a package!  I recommend this storage location located off of Hwy 41 in North Ft Myers

It was a pleasant experience during a very unpleasant  time. I was told the indoor storage was 81 degrees but I was melting in there. Maybe some fans would help.

Fantastic I would give them a 10+ On customer service! The reason is when you enter into the building they are always so happy and glad to see you , plus very helpful in finding the correct unit for your needs ! Also I have never seen two people work so well together as those two employees ! I really am so impressed with these fine people I am passing the storage company name around to anybody who is looking for a unit because of this really nice working crew ! Good job Lu & Robert !!👍👍

I like the two people working the front office on Cleveland in North Ft Myers.  Very friendly and helpful. The storage areas are clean and easy to access. Air conditioned. They sell boxes and packing stuff and tape in the office. However. The gate that is supposed to open only when we dial in our secret code was left open after hours. So much for security. No security guard on premises. Another day we went and the chain link fence that the gate closed to was laying on the ground! So now anyone can get in. I went to office to ask about that and they shrugged their shoulders and said they had the incident on tape, the police had it and their main office had to get bids approved before the repairs could be down " sometime next week"! The storage buildings have doors on them that anyone can open without a code punched in. Once unside, they can cut locks and steal. I will never use this place again. I am using it only because there was nothing elsewhere when I needed a unit.
