Terrible service, do not use. 

I ordered a delivery of nachos from a Mexican restaurant and there was a miscommunication about the order, I wanted no meat nachos (vegetarian) and the person must have thought that I wanted vegetables on it ( I did not). Mix ups happen so that is ok, but when I discovered the mistake I called to tell them I wanted them to fix it. Nachos are not a food that lends itself to “picking off the bad parts.” At first the manager resisted, and then eventually he agreed to do so, if I would take the nachos out to him. I thought he wanted to make sure I didn’t get 2 nachos for half off, which is already bad customer service. Unfortunately when he eventually arrived 45 minutes later, I realized he had taken the bad nachos, left, picked off the vegetables himself, and then returned to give them back. I knew this because there was still vegetables in the nachos and they were now cold and soggy. I didn’t realize till I got back to my room, so I then called him again and confronted him. He denied it, and refused to give me a refund. I had to throw the nachos away and walk to the restaurant myself to get the nachos. Terrible, terrible service. Will never use their service again.
