I would recommend you look somewhere else for a freight company. They ruined my $4000 dining table I shipped through them. Then they took exactly 120 days to pay the claim and it took days of my time fighting it.  Now they send another bill 10 months later for extra fees. Customer service doesn’t even help you.

Hired a third party to deliver a TV I purchased from Best Buy.  The company they hired to deliver Good life Logistics, damaged my landscaping.  After submitting a claim, and 2 estimates for fixing the damage, they are unwilling to cover the cost of the damage.  Will never do business with Best Buy again, and would never recommend using JB hunt.

J.B. Hunt is clearly unequipped to deliver to large buildings in downtown Chicago, yet they take contracts from Lowes for these deliveries. I am currently on the 4th attempt to deliver a compact washer/dryer unit after multiple delivery failures and re-schedules. JB Hunt provided excuses from bringing a truck that was too big to fit in the loading dock on two separate occasions after promising to bring a smaller truck after the first attempt, and on the third attempt components needed for installation were forgotten. The delivery crews have yet to make it past the loading dock after I have waited for them though three delivery windows, and I am currently uncertain whether a delivery will ever take place or if this order will need to be cancelled through Lowes.

Poor carrier support, After-hours support doesn't even exist.  Our driver arrived at the receiver that operates 24/7. The receiver requested delivery number. Our dispatch spent hours trying to get a hold of JB Hunt rep who can provide that number but there was no luck. JB Hunt reps hang up on us, putting us on hold for 30-40 minutes without results.  There must be a good reason $$$$ to go with JB Hunt.

I usually book with Christian Buczak from JB HUNT. Awesome broker. Knows how to take care of his carriers. MVB in my book. MOST VALUABLE BROKER
