Staff is always incredible rude and slow. This particular time I'd dropped a package in the package drop and it was never scanned so I went back the next to to ask if they could make sure it made it into the package cart. Guy told me things don't get scanned all the time...basically said people don't do their job in a regular basis and that next time if I want to make sure it's tracked (which comes included in the shipping price) I should wait in the line, which always takes at least 30 mins. 0 stars if I could.

It was closed today on columbus day, i had to travel so long as i could see this branch open on google maps till 5.30pm.. please update the status and not fool the people.

I left here pondering just how bitter must the employees life be for her to be so extremely rude to customers... But at the end of the day I will proceed with my happy life while she continues being miserable :-)  

Definitely not coming back here though.... I don't need that kind of negativity in my life.

Absolute worst post office I have ever been to. Line out the door, was told no international shipments, no accepting of bills over $5, didn't have international priority slips available. This office needs to be shut down or new management brought in.
