Found this hidden gem when searching for a new spot to try food for lunch/dinner. All the positive reviews & great sounding food on the menu made up my mind that this is where I was going immediately.  Upon arrival, I was met with a blast from the past with a mom and pop feel. I loved it. It was homey, clean, and plenty of sunshine coming through the front windows. Both owners greeted me with very warm hospitality.  I ordered a mix of a few sandwiches, drinks, and a pizza. Everything was as I expected; fresh, tasty, and great portions, all for a really great price.  Thanks to the reviews and even better experience in person, I’ve found a new spot that I will be regular for. Hats off to the owners who were genuine, kind, and so down to earth. I will be back!

This place has everything. Paninis, hot and cold sandwiches, pizza, coffee, *groceries*, and popsicles! The owner Mr. Romero was jovial and friendly and really brightened my day! I had the Thai Chicken wrap which was toasted, delicious and very reasonably priced. They had several common household items and groceries for sale which was very convenient. The place is very clean and charming. Will definitely come back. Highly recommended for lunch!

Delicious food. Was hungry after a doctors appointment and they did not disappoint. This pizza was only $7.99. A WHOLE 12 INCH PIZZA. cooked to perfection.  Bye bye Domino’s, this has set my standards up a little more. Not to mention it’s a small grocery store!!! That’s amazing for the people that live around.  i definitely will be back. Super hidden gem but I’m so glad I stumbled upon them. Great sandwiches for a great price! The staff was very sweet and welcoming and the Reuben was delicious. This place should be getting a lot more recognition

J.C.Romero’s has delicious food served with a smile. A charming neighborhood lunch shop that’s family oriented. Comfortable chairs; great food! Nicest people you’ll ever meet. I didn’t want to leave.

Just WOW. Sounds cliche, but leaving reviews aren't my thing....But when I'm blown away, I want others to experience a wonderful thing as well : prices are very fair, food was great, but what blew me away to post this review was their Italian cold cut sob. Holy sh$&! I destroyed it before I could take a picture and it was an insane portion so I'm somewhat ashamed of that  You have to go get you some!!!

You'll have to look hard to find better food around the Bayview campus. Italian hoagie and the chicken quesedilla are my go to. The grilled reuben and pastrami sandwich are great as well. The service is super friendly too.

I had a doc visit around the corner at JHU Bayview and stopped in this place for the first time for lunch this week.  I ended up staying 1.5 hrs longer than planned because Caesar the owner is so chatty and nice! as is his employee.  A real neighborhood, friendly vibe and Caesar does a lot for the community including feeding all the birds right outside his cafe - LOL.  Parking was easy and free on a weekday and approx a 10 minute walk from Bayview.  The food was simple but very good did not skimp on the meat!.  Reasonably priced.  I wish this cafe were in my 'hood because it's a nice place to hang out.  Highly recommend and I'll be back!

J.C Romero's. I just recently moved in the neighborhood. Very good food, Tacos,Gyros & The chicken sandwich those are three food that I've gotten there. I love the atmosphere especially the 2 people that own & run the place Matt & Ceasar thank you so much for all the yummy food that you guys make...
