Beautiful and respectful staff. A lot of the reviews I’m seeing say everything was bad, but it was cool for me and my daughter.  This place is for the masses. So not too seasoned/“spicy”. If you looking for flavor packed, keep walking down and skip harassing the workers.

Staff did not want to work. Eggs were not real eggs, sat on the line for hours. Do they even season the food? I think that's why they loaded me up with salt+pepper packets in my bag? I'm convinced none of the employees even eat the food there. You're better off just waiting 20+ mins at the McDonalds next door.

I just had a delicious breakfast burrito.  Next time I’m at BWI, I will get another. The 2 women who served me were fun, funny, very competent and clearly cared about customer service. A nice find within an airport.

We visited the BWI location and upon our arrival, the cashier, a young African American Male subject, advised me that the register was down and that he could only accept cash, which I found very strange. He then proceeded to take my order then pretended to punch numbers into the register. When I asked for a receipt, he stated that he could not give me one. I used to work retail and I am very familiar with this scam. This incident took place on November 10, 2022 at approximately 4:05 P.M. I also have photos of the subject involved if you are interested.

Prices are reasonable. Food actually is pretty decent. Service is a bit surly. They have salads, baked goods and sandwiches. Portion sizes are slightly larger than you'd expect for airport standards.

This is my go to place for breakfast when I'm traveling out of BWI D terminal.  I always get the bacon breakfast burrito.  The portion size is large and the ingredients are good.  Staff could probably be a bit more cheerful and it seems like you're annoying them sometimes when you order.  Overall, though, I like the place and keep coming back.  Better than eating at McDonald's down the hall and feeling like garbage during the flight.

Food is good.  But the staff, what can I say... One took pictures or videos of herself and the other played on her watch while we paid. You weren't even looked at. The staff should do something else..

An early morning flight…these are 7am eggs that I did not eat. Not too fresh. Do better, please
