Amazing cafe, I got a delicious cappuccino with a bacon egg and cheese pictured below, and my girlfriend got an amazing mango smoothie. They have upstairs and downstairs seating picture is of the upstairs with a quiet and light atmosphere. Lots of people were sitting upstairs working on laptops since there are wall outlets you can use. Service was friendly and they made the food surprisingly fast without compromising on quality because it was delicious. The prices were great as well, and I will definitely be returning.
Amazing cafe!! Very cozy atmosphere and drinks. Great for studying. Located very close to riverside park & lots of street parking around. Also has great local photography and art displayed
Love this place!!! The upstairs is so spacious, with decent amount of outlets. You can stay there to study. Lots of selection of food and drinks. I had the mocha and it was so good!!
This place is everything you want in a coffee shop. Good and reasonably priced coffee, good food, wonderful atmosphere with plenty of seating. Excellent place to do some reading and get some work done. Very excited to come back. Staff was very friendly
It’s a cozy, cute cafe, appropriate for a nice read/work/study time. My only feedback is that it’s very dusty. I sat upstairs on the desk adjacent to the stairwell, you can see the dust accumulated on the edge. Definitely recommend more frequent wiping and dusting. Other wise like the coffe, like the vibe and customer service.
Realllyyyy good coffees however the food was lacking for me. The eggs were not fresh at all they tasted plasticy I would recommend the coffee 1000% tho
Kudos to hubby for finding this little cafe off of Fort Ave. The took us past the location, but no worries, we just turned around and lucky enough, we found a parking spot only a few steps away. Koba Cafe is nestled on the corner of Fort Ave and Webster St. Upon entry, we were greeted right away. Hubby was asked to wear a mask while inside, and he obliged. He ordered us the Breakfast Burrito, and coffee for himself and I had the Ginger Citrus herbal tea w/ honey We sat toward the back where we can look at great artwork by local artists. We waited until our burritos were prepared, and looked at the decor and art and looked up other activities to get into for that day. They brought our burritos to our table. The breakfast burritos were stuffed with bacon, sausage, eggs, spinach, cheese, and salsa. And I must say, hats off to the chef, and looks like I need to ask for the recipe and get me a grill for sandwiches. The salsa had the right amount of heat, and the flavors were impeccable. The cost for everything was about $20. Overall, we will return if we are in the area.
Stop in for a bite to eat. The sandwich was ok but the side of cold macaroni salad tasted like it came out of big jug. Like the kind in cafeterias. Willing to go back and try something different. The shop itself is cool and the guy working was very friendly
As a loyal customer, I’m completely biased but you cannot ask for a better coffee shop than Adam’s. Wow. He greets you every morning with warmth and grace and the best coffee. This place is just a gem. Pure bliss. They even have a Pibe Valderrama picture in the back!
You won't find a more personable coffee shop experience in Baltimore than you will at Koba Cafe! I'll take the staff knowing my order when I walk in over ordering on an 'app' any day. Upstairs is the perfect place to work on your laptop, with many comfortable seating choices. I love the charm that the exposed ceiling gives off! A true city row-home. Parking is never a problem for those driving. Thanks Adam and team for over a decade of top-tier service!
