Some locations for a horrible shopping experience. 1. Less style choices carries in store. They help you order online, then why I goes to a real store?  2. Shopping assistants seems to be always busy and get you forgotten. Nice people but they seem to be short of hands in that location. 3. Operation experience of shopping assistants are inadequate. I never met problem of payment/account info when shopping in the Rosspark mall j crew location while having problem of that kind every time shopping at Walnut st store.....and they blame it on me.... how smart. 
Due to the experience above, I avoid shopping there even it is in front of my door and I buy things in j crew every season...

Overpriced, limited selection and junky, low quality jewelry. Why does this store not carry MEN'S CLOTHING?!

Not sure if it's the management here or just a store policy but my wife said they wouldn't stay off of her back long enough to let her blink. A salesperson asked if she wanted to add something to a fitting room anytime she took anything off the rack for even a moment, but when she needed a different size in the fitting room no help was to be found.
