Our visit was a very good experience. The Daughter of the owners was helpful with advice on how to see the Grand Canyon and get around the sights. We enjoyed Sedona and Flagstaff. The park was clean, neat and yes it has rules. We liked the peace and quite. The dog park was one of the best on our 8500 mile trip.

My wife and I are travelers and we have been to many RV Parks across the states. This is by far our favorite RV Park! This is one of the few RV Parks that supports peace and quiet and will enforce the rules to ensure the environment stays classy with considerate folks who respect each other and have the same set of morals! We had the privilege of staying for a month and a half and we did not get woken up or disturbed by noise once. NOT ONCE! The folks here ACTUALLY obey quiet hours. The doggies at this park were all very well behaved. I heard maybe four small barks in a month and a half. The doggie owners are considerate folks who walk their pups regularly to ensure their pups are happy. And as they pass by, they smile and wave! I’ve seen the bad reviews. Many of these folks broke the rules and then didn’t like how they were addressed by the owners. If I built a park from scratch and people disrespected me and those around them by not bothering to read the rules, I’d escort them out of the park! In my experiences, considerate folks don’t usually cause the problems in the first place or break the rules because their mindful of their impact on others. When these folks are called out for their bad behaviors, they either get defensive or they apologize and continue the bad behavior…just give me 15 more minutes to continue being an A-hole and then I’ll be done! I’m not kidding, every single time, these folks have a specific pattern. I’m thankful that if there were any issues, the park owners wouldn’t hesitate to ensure the issues stopped right in their tracks so I don’t have to deal with these kinds of toxic folks. Your neighbor has 18 dogs that are barking simultaneous? No problem, this RV Park wouldn’t let that happen in the first place! lol This is our second time at this park. Due to a longer stay this time around, we had quite a bit of packages delivered (lol) and spent a good amount of time in the office chatting with the owners, Harvey, Jo Ann and their daughter, Angie. The whole family is a joy to talk to. We're going to miss you guys!

I didn't actually get to try this park out. Why? Because when I went to speak to the owner about renting a spot for a few months, a man pushed in front of me because he wanted to do the same. The owner told me he would be with me in a few minutes, so I sat on the porch outside and waited. I could hear the sounds of business being done. This changed to pleasantries, which one expects after concluding a deal successfully. But this went on, and on....became "swapping stories..." And I sat there on the bench until the wind picked up and I got cold, and left them telling stories. I got a really lovely spot at the KOA down the road, for less money and a large site.

First of all I want to compliment you on the lovely little park you have. It is clean and attractive. Although your pull thru spaces are a little tight, it was adequate for the one night we stayed. However, I do need to tell you about my very negative encounter with Harvey, the manager/owner. What started as a fun reunion this past Sunday with our daughter & her husband, who drove from Prescott just to see us, was dampened by the outright disrespect, rudeness, and classless ttreatment by Harvey, all because my kids failed to register as visitors and had their 2 dogs locked safely in their car under the shade of a tree behind my 5th wheel. I attempted to apologize that they neglected to register and he would have no part of my apology, saying its in the rules!!! I hadn't had a chance to review their rules as we had just arrived and as we finished setting up, our kids arrived. He said the dogs cannot be here because of the liability they create for him and they must leave the property right now!!!! I again apologized and said we would be leaving for dinner in about 15 minutes and his response was "No! You will leave right now!!!" Never in my 70 years have I ever been spoken to so badly or had gestapo tactics used on me over a rule infraction that was so quickly rectified. The same result could have been accomplished in a sane, professional, and polite manner with no negative feelings on my or my daughter's part. As we left for dinner my husband approached Harvey to apologize again, and was met with the same attitude. My husband said we were sorry, but we didn't know. Harvey then gave my husband a nasty, stern look and said "well, you know now!" and turned and walked away. In speaking with other campers, my interaction with Harvey is not an isolated case. This park did not provide me with a positive experience, and I feel my hard earned money will be better spent elsewhere with people who appreciate my business and treat me kindly.
