If you shop here you will have 1) Poor Customer Service  2) No promise of getting the furniture that you actually order and pay for 3)  and No apology on their end for their mistake, just a fake sales smile.  

We ordered a piece of furniture, paid for half of it on our credit card and were told it'd be arriving in 3-4 weeks.  Three weeks went by and we didn't hear from them so we called and were told it'd be another 2 weeks.  Seven weeks after we ordered it we still never received a call from them, so we called them and they said it just hasn't come in yet, and to call back in another 2 weeks.  We actually asked them if they could call us (a novel idea in customer service world) but they said, no we had to call them.  In the end they finally said they'd like to just give us a refund.  

So we basically lent our money to them interest free at the fake promise for a piece of furniture, in which we wasted 2 months waiting for, and now have to start this process all over somewhere else.

Don't waste your time or money here.

Bought several pieces of furniture from them. Delivery was as promised.  Even helped get my recliner fixed in a very timely manner.  My sales person,  Denise,  was easy and fun to deal with.

Great Experience and Great Products.  They are locally owned and offer really good deals.   My salesperson Sharon is the best.  She really fights to get you the best deal and does not try to sell you something simply to make a higher commission.  She explained to me what products were made better than others and even contacted me multiple times to ask how everything was working out and making sure there are no problems.  When I had a small scuff on the sofa that was really not noticeable, she said she wanted it perfect and swapped it out free of charge.  Really hard to find this type of customer service today.  Really do not understand the negative reviews in the past, but I guarantee if you want great customer service go to J&J and ask for Sharon.  She will get you the best deal.

I wasn't greeted by ANYONE when I walked in the store. I made a full circle before I was acknowledged. I watched plenty of other customers be greeted and helped. I was passed by as if I wasn't even present! I was a potential buyer. But I will never come back or shop here again. They don't even deserve a 1 star.
