My wife and I love buying new furniture at Rooms To Go. After trying all the competitors, none matched the quality, price, and most of all customer service that Rooms To Go offers. Most furniture stores are like walking into a car dealership. You're constantly being pressured into making a purchase by an employee who's trying to boost their sales. At Rooms To Go in Eastchase, they simply point you in the right direction and let you shop without being pestered. If you need something then you ask for assistance. If you go ask for Corey! He's the reason our experience is so great every time!

Bought 6000 dollars worth of furniture for a house we remodel to stage. We purchased a lamp with some other big ticket items. The lamps did not arrive when the furniture did. When the drivers showed up to deliver the furniture they ran all over our newly landscaped yard. When we called about the lamp we where told that it would be delivered 30 days from now. I told the sales team members that I would come to the store and get the store show room since I needed it to stage the home. We arrived at the store to pick it up and the manager of the store.... A BLACK WOMAN gave a lot of attitude about it. She really needs to understand that I probably own more than she will ever in her life. She's sells sofas for a living and thought she was better than me...lol. Girl please ! I wanted to tell to get over it. I will never do business from the hood Rooms to GO in Montgomery Al again.

Purchased set of kids twin beds and matching nightstands. Service was fair, but after-the-fact is another story. It begins with delivery: As we our moving in our new home, we were busy and the guys put the beds together & dropped off the night stands. As they left (hurriedly) my husband asked if he needed to sign for delivery and set up. One responded with "No, you're good." He knew he left a broken night stand! It has been a nightmare from sales, service and delivery to get them to "call us back!" We wanted to drive the 30 minute drive to pick it up ourselves (the exchange) but was told we can't do that. Sooooo, the night stand still sits by our front door waiting to be picked up and new one brought. Should've known better, we ordered & purchased a beautiful entertainment center from them many years ago. Had trouble with the delivery & damaged part. Just thought after 10 years we'd give them another try....will not ever again.

It had been a while since I've visited the store. My wife and I stopped in just to see what they had on the floor. We were greeted nicely. Best thing was the sales people didn't hound us at every turn. Had a good experience.

I visited Rooms-To-Go in Montgomery, AL, in search for a tan leather, reclining powered sofa . I received great service from sales associate Lynn Darby. Moreover, I received great customer service from finance manager Amanda. This was my first time conducting business with Rooms-To Go and I will most definitely returning to purchase the loveseat (to match the sofa) and bunk beds. Great quality furniture. I highly recommend that you visit your nearest Rooms-To-Go!
