Krysia Energy Yoga is an Ashtanga Vinyasa studio offering Ashtanga, Power, Flow, Basics, Deep Stretch, and ZUMBA classes. Yoga thai massage and Swedish massage are available by appointment. Energy University 200 H Yoga Alliance Registered Yoga teacher program features 500H instructors: Krysia Maciuszko, Ginny Walters, Deanna Black, and Susan Livingston. This studio is so incredibly comfortable and welcoming! Each instructor that I have been able to work with has inspired my practice to move forward. I am so lucky to have found this studio! I love this studio so much that this is where I want to learn how to become a yoga teacher, therefore I am apart of their flexible Yoga teacher training program and it is amazing! I recommended to my family and friends and they all have loved it! :)

I have been going to Krysia Energy Yoga for 2 years now and I really love it. The instructors are kind and helpful. Everyone is made to feel welcome. There's a great variety of classes offered so there is something for every level of practice.

I've been coming here for 3 years- and driving from Bedford is worth it. Love the teachers, classes and all that I learn here. The seminars I was able to attend were great and very helpful. No better Ashtanga anywhere!

Krysia is a hands on owner who staffs her studio with excellent instructors. Wide variety of classes that accomodates all experience levels.

DO NOT GO HERE! I bought a Groupon for 10 classes. I enjoyed my first class. When I went back for a second class, I was told that my Groupon was not valid for additional classes and I was to pay a balance even though I still had 9 classes left and the coupon was not expired. I feel completely ripped off. Won't be going back. Please do not waste your money by buying any classes.
