TITLE Boxing Club offers explosive total body boxing and kickboxing workouts. Called the POWER HOUR, these group fitness classes capitalize on the training of professional boxers, kick-boxers and mixed martial artists. Plus, each Club features authentic Title Boxing equipment, including heavy bag stations, Title boxing ring, speed bags and double end bags, plus free weights and cardiovascular machines. The staff was extremely friendly, helpful and welcoming. It's nice to be able to workout at my own pace and intensity. I was sore in my shoulders and upper back which is a very difficult area for me to work out on my own at home. I loved my first experience!

The staff were pleasant and helpful as I got ready for my first workout. The music was pumping to help set the mood and tone of the workout. Once the instructor took over it was an hour of pushing, pushing, and pushing to dig deeper and go farther. Awesome experience and highly recommended!!

I like that the energy is very upbeat and comforting. The trainers are great! And they are also very encouraging!! I've never done anything like this before and I was very nervous of being incapable of doing different parts of the workouts. But the trainers put me at ease and told me to do my best but to not give up on myself.

The workout was challenging, but it felt customization as everyone in the workout was adjusting based on their experience and ability level. The trainer was so personable and was interested in getting to know me. Everyone was so friendly. Even fellow members helped give me tips! Even though we spent 30 mins boxing, my legs got a huge workout too, I didn't know it could be such a full body workout.

Serious workout. Do you want to sweat and feel good doing it? Title Boxing Club is the place to workout. Want to feel accomplished? Trained by real trainers? This is the place. Best of all, it's approachable and comfortable. You can do it!
