First time trying this restaurant. Looking for a nice pizza place to become our fav since we are new to the area. First impression - disappointed.  The server was not trying hard. He looked like he literally just rolled out of bed, smoked a fatty, and came to work. Had that grungy dirty fingernail look. He had the audacity to take our order without writing it down and then messed it up when he entered it into the computer. Dude!  Next, the cook tried to get my servers attention so he yelled, "Yo!", around the restaurant. However, it worked and Yo came running. Guess what he told him?  They were out of ingredients used to make my dish so I had to order something else. Not happy.  Also, I asked for a piece of pepperoni and cheese pizza for my daughter. I guess the pepperoni was out too because all we got was a cheese slice. I will always give a place a second chance to want me as a customer but this place really needs to step it up before I return.  In summary, college-like, rough around the edges, lower quality food.

Awesome pizza the best gravy ever :-D. Only complaint is why do I have to pay .60 for extra gravy! I need 4 all together for more sauce. Just look at the pic you have up there... Huge calzone....baby sauce .Why would you give a little dipping cup of sauce for a huge calzone. Common you wouldn't do that to Mom so why do it to customers... :)

Two stars because there were two other people in the restaurant and they were just drinking and talking. Talking so much the waiter and waitress never came back to my table for a refill or to ask how things were going. I don't know how they would make it if they were ever busy, that's probably why everyone was at Avaitors and the Tavern nearby. The food was good but the service was just not hitting on much.

My son loves Vinny's of Carol Gardens in Brooklyn NY, and they make almost the same pene vodka sauce, really really good. My son loves this place away from home.

Read the reviews and decide to try. I call and order a NY pizza to go. Some guy takes my order, my name, and tells me 40 minutes. Okay, wait seems long but I'll wait. I arrive exactly 40 minutes later. My order is not found. They say that perhaps I called the Apex location. I confirm the phone number. They tell me they​ can make the pie in 10 minutes. If you can make it in 10 minutes, then why tell me 40 when I placed the order. Unprofessional.  I can't wait any longer, I need to catch the hockey finals. There's too many other options nearby. Pissed me off!
