Opened in 2008, Stick Boy Bread Co. is a family owned bakery in the heart of the Fuquay district of Fuquay-Varina. We bake all of our products fresh daily.

Our products may sell out quickly so it is best to call ahead to place a special order or check if a product is still available!

I really like this bakery!! They lose a star from me for two things, meh-like coffee and not enough seating. If I get there in the morning after 8:30, there's very little chance I can get a table, and I've never had a great cup of coffee. However, I love the pastries and bread, and the staff is very kind! Prices are reasonable to a bit high, but the quality is excellent. An excellent bakery, with just a few draw backs.

We go there quite often. All is excellent. My only suggestion is they could add a few more tables. There is some room to be used. I have seen many people not even come in because there is no where to sit. I have even done it myself, I hated to.

Nice bakery so glad it opens early. I had a specialty latte it was good along with a bacon cheddar scone.

All of their bread options are incredible,  as are the baked goods!  A must stop location in fuquay.

i love getting their magic cookies locally.. so i decided to take my husband to their store to show him where the "magic happens" . when we got to the store it was a let down... 1st my husband had to carry up the steps our stroller with our 2 kiddos just to get in the shop ( its not handicap or stroller accessible )   then they didn't even have any magic cookies  or a very large selection at all and it was just afternoon ... but the WORST PART was  my 3 year old is allergic severely to gluten... and they have NOT A SINGLE GLUTEN FREE OPTION... after being open as long as this store has been and specializing in bread  and some baked goods  you would think the least they could offer would be a bread that's gluten free i mean its your main niche'!!!... then the cashiers response to me with lots of attitude  was -- well i dont really know of any other bakery around here offering gluten free either so... well congrats you have achieved being the same as everyone ... LOL  and actualy that's super false --- gluten has become a pretty common allergy  and its sad to say all the stores that sell your goods by us sell gluten free options --- they just don't get them from you because apparently a bread company doesn't think it important to make bread for those who love it but cant have gluten -- my poor little guy started crying and cried till we left because the few things we got for my husband to have for breakfast the next day he couldn't eat  and there was nothing i could get him -- we love your cookies and rosemary garlic bread but I don't think we will be back after the way this let down was handled -- SOME CHANGES NEED TO BE MADE
