I think they have the best fried chicken I've ever eaten in my life! Fried flounder comes with it too would you have to order that it's included in the price but don't forget to order it,it's really good. I also really enjoy their cabbage and they make delicious macaroni and cheese. Everything else is good too, green beans butter beans collard greens corn lots of desserts to choose from. Add to that an exceptionally friendly owner and it is a perfect recipe.

Awesome as usual. If we're not occasionally eating in we are getting take-out plates. The food is a hot, fresh, wholesome home cooked meal. One of my favorite places.

Joyce's Family restaurant has the best fry chicken and not to mention the bake macaroni and cheese is awesome!  The potato salad is amazing as well. Those are some of my favorites but overall the food is really good. I highly recommend this restaurant to anyone who want to try soul food.

$10 buffet with good food. Includes freshly fried flounder upon request. Buffet & decor are clean, but not fancy. Friendly employees. Would definitely eat there again.

I love to go there. Coming from up North, I was taken to Joyce's with my church family in Holly Springs, NC and got a wonderful introduction to soul food. Atmosphere is overwhelmingly welcoming, like no other, wait service is polite and inviting, knowledgeable about the food, menu items and even remember your likes fro m last time if you are a frequent visitor. Joyce is wonderful and warm, she visits most tables personally. I can't wait to go back again.
