Service was poor at best. Took a long time to get our meal. While we waited, another table for up and left because of their wait time. When food arrived it was ok. Not great. Texas Roadhouse is much better. Our steak had no flavor despite being touted as having their special seasoning. Bland. Won't be returning.

Food is great. Mushrooms and pulled pork nachos a must. Friendly staff. Good service. Rustic decorations are cool.

Gave it at least one star because flavor ofstek was good.  I ordered prime rib..it was tough..thin sliced even..More like a steak.served cold baked potato..told the waitress..she said..I  am sorry then walked away!  We told another waitress only then did we get a hot potato.  Ordered French onion soup..had croutons on top..with a blob of cheese on the bottom any maybe 3 onions!
My friend ordered a Bloody Mary made with special mix..it was terrible..no flavor at all.  SHE took it back to bartender next one was little better but my friend still had to doctor it at the table.  We had read some bad reviews before going in. Wished we had heeded their advice.   $33 for poor service and a bad meal and drink is waste of time and money.  Heed my advice check out another place to eat!

Service is AWFUL! We waited 30 minutes to get water because they didn't have any water glasses. When we ordered we waited 1 and a half hours before reaching the end of our patience and asking to see the manager. We went 45 minutes without even seeing our waitress. The manager refused to come talk to us. 2 hours after we put in our order we walked out and made sure the manager knew damn well why. 20 minutes later we had food in front of us at Chillis. Start at Chillis, and steer clear of J's.
