I been coming here for my oil changes since I've been here and they are the best. I never spend all day here not even when i had to get 4 new tires. The workers are fast and service is great. I hate that they recently moved out of the 29 palms location but still worth the drive to Joshua tree for me.

They are nice people and most of the times you can walk in and get whatever done right away and I've never had a problem with there work

I drove all over 29 to find out they are closed when clearly the hours were posted on the website that says they are open.

Second time, first was an alignment. My 1996 Lincoln Town Car had been acting funny with sputtering, indicating something related to exhaust or fuel.
I am former Motor Pool guy, grew up fixing stuff as hobby, former gearhead, now tired of turning wrenches unless simple.

Received a call from Gary, stating that the 
--fuel pump clogged (maybe), 
--oil needed changed (Lie, was still Golden Brown a quart LOW) I had previous to few months parked had done full synthetic oil change, approx. 2,000 miles since.
--spark plugs and wires bad. (lie, I had 3 years and approx 20k miles prior, installed motorcraft premium (best plug for my application, proper HEAT POINT) and expensive 8mm wires. this setup is for 100k miles.

The LIAR Gary, thought I was some fool, unaware I was a former gearhead. Called first time and told me 3 problems, I stated only do the filter as that was ONLY possible real problem. Less than 5 minutes later, Gary called again stating the mech says worst problem is the plugs and wires!! I was surprises BEYOND BELIEF when Gary stated the plugs look like they had NEVER BEEN CHANGED!.. on a 1996 car with 170,000 miles!

I went down there rapidly, looked at the car, talked with the mech and Gary. There was no fouling on the plugs, the wires were brand new condition. I asked the mech about the wires, he stated they ALWAYS recommend new wires "IN CASE WE TEAR ONE WHILE REPLACING PLUGS".. what a JOKE and SCAM!!!

My car had previously ran with empty tank, picked up some dirt and/or bad, cheap fuel. It RAN LIKE A TOP when I drove it away, no engine light, NOTHING WRONG. had the plugs and wires been bad, it would sputter NONSTOP.

AVOID !!

a very friendly honest helpful shop. I was impressed with their knowledgeable service and they didn’t try to upsell. I will use them again.
