For any aspiring fast food restaurateurs, accept from me this one simple suggestion, this one tiny morsel of advice: choose your employees well. Hire only empathetic people; which is to say, workers who can imagine themselves standing in the customer's shoes. Any prospective employee who would not be angered or disgusted to be on the receiving end of a food order which is sloppy, cold, over-cooked, dried out, burnt, stale, mushy, or leaking - the candidate who cannot convey to you a sense of righteous anger for having been served inedible garbage such as that - that person should not be hired. Period, end of story. You, Mister or Madam restaurant owner, must take great care to insure each of your workers feel responsible and empowered to serve only the absolute best example of whatever the menu calls for. The employees that work for you MUST know what the food items are supposed to look like, how they are expected to taste. It is not necessary to be a straight-A student or math champion or the fastest worker in the world. It's quite enough that the person employeed to assembly a chicken sandwich recognize whether the product which they are preparing is good enough to be eaten by their own mom - on Mother's day - in church - surrounded by news cameras. Empathy is the key trait you should look for.

This Jack in the Box is very well managed, clean, and efficiently ran. They have yet to make a single mistake on any order I've placed, in store, or drive- through, doesn't matter. They have perfect order accuracy for me.

The food was good like Jack in the Box usually is. The reason for it being docked two stars is because the wait. I waited 40 minutes to order and get my food and was in danger of missing a flight. I'm unaware if this is consistent with normal experiences, however, I think that is unacceptable for a Thursday evening around 8pm.

Munchie box was not the best. Liked the tacos but everything else in the box seemed extremely unhealthy. Tasted good though but healthy food is important nowadays and this food did not seem healthy but the price was good
