I drove through around 11 in the evening. Their lobby was closed and my Ram 3500 dually and flatbed trailer won't fit through the drive through so I walked up. Refused to serve me because I wasn't in a vehicle. The kid was nice but he could see my $60000 truck sitting right in front of him still running. Terrible customer service

The service here is generally friendly and the quality of food is relatively the same consistency each time I go. I was surprised this time with the softness and amount of soggy to my tacos as this is o e of my favorite items to order and usually it is presented to me in better quality and made with more care. I also ordered the onion rings which are another favorite of mine,  usually. However, this time the onion rings were over done and not as enjoyable as times in the past. For as expensive as they make them I do wish I had gotten what I'd expected from my order. I do believe that quite a few items on their menu are overpriced in comparison to what you get. In this case I wouldve been better off spending two dollars in the froze food section and simply pouring a bag of onion rings on a pan and sticking it in my oven for a bit. Half the price and four times the amount... in all, the food this past time was disappointing and I am hoping the staff was simply just having a bad day.

Best jack in the box I've had. Always hot and fresh besides the occasional soggy fries but not often.

Amazing from store to store how are the quality suffers and the same foods are so dramatically different. I miss the days when staff was trained. Like being courteous, counting your change back to you, not talking about your weekend exploits loudly, so customer knows your likes on a date.

I love jack in the box. It is the best of the fast food places.  Always fresh,hot and good price. Staff are bubbley sweet friendly
