Great jack in the box location. Better than most I have been to. Food seems fresher. Wait time is longer but worth it. Staff were friendly and helpful. I will definitely be coming back.

Terrible customer service, as well a complete disregard to customer requests, the staff is absolutely unexceptable. Regardless of this being a fast food minimum wage job there should be some level of effort, still the staff has absolutely no care for their job or customers. You would expect better service from a janitor working in a poor house. Absolutely worst Jack in the box that I have ever visited. So unpleasant an experience, i would rather have gone without food. Maybe they should hire one of the 20 homeless people sitting around the establishment, I'm sure they would do a better job, than these lazy, privileged college students who can't even cook a fry correctly in a fryer designed to cook fries on a timer.

Waited in drive thru for 25 min and then got nasty stale food and missing items. Horrible experience. I don't recommend this restaurant. If you can go-to a different one.

While setting down to eat in the lobby, I didn't feel safe and comfortable due to the homeless individuals loitering inside and around the property. 

It is best to just use the drive through or place orders to go inside the lobby.

The fresher the burger the tastier it will be, overcooked burgers are dried out, probably burnt and not very appealing.
