The Rawbar serves much more than just sushi, including appetizers, soups & salads, rice bowls, and tempura. We offer a wide range of sakes, as well as our own signature saketini drinks, cocktails, traditional teas, beers and wines. Our sushi includes traditional and contemporary sashimi, nigiri and rolls. We have a wide variety of hot appetizers and cold platters available for catering.
The restaurant serves both modern and traditional sashimi, nigiri sushi, and maki (rolled) sushi, as well as a large selection of cooked appetizers, salads, soups and sweets. The ribs have a 100% guarantee you'll love 'em distinction and all the ice creams and desserts are made in-house. The Asian Fusion style menu emphasizes clean, pure healthy food. Premium imported and domestic sakes, creative cocktails, and an eclectic beer and wine menu are featured from the bar. The Rawbar also carries an extensive hot tea selection as well as home-made lemongrass and ginger sodas.
