Food was prepared to my liking I ordered the teriyaki bowl with egg roll and asked for the teriyaki sauce on the side but they really skimped on the chicken and veggies. The bowl wasn't even filled. I should have complained but didn't. I thought if i do I'm sure to get some spit in my food. I figured they either were short on ingredients due to supply shortage or it's not ordered much so they don't keep a big supply. I would go back again. I've been going to this Jack since 2009 and restaurants have their occasional hiccups.  Update 12/5/22: I ordered the teriyaki bowl and it’s much better! Thank you for reaching out to me too Jack!

Went at 8am. Jackie was welcoming and polite. The restaurant was clean. The food was hot and seemed to be prepared fresh. I had not been to a Jack-in-the-Box in a long time, and I was pleasantly surprised by the experience.Food: 5/5

Have reviewed this location before. Improved by 1 extra star. Now give it 4 stars. Definitely improved quality of chicken and frying. I no longer get over cooked burnt fries & there is no more old frying oil smell & taste. The cons when ordering chicken strips I expect 3 or 5 which ever option is ordered to be 3 or 5 distinct chicken strips not 2 half strip/nugget counted as a chicken strip. When I called this out to the manager I was given a sly smile because it was obvious this is a common practice & happened to my orders multiple times and can only remedy this if I order in person and ask specifically. Can not get remedy if ordering online or for delivery. If Jack In The Box advertises chicken strips and advertises pictures of chicken stripes, as a customer that is the expectation. The deviation of receiving 2 half strips counted as one is more like ordering nuggets and you just get more fried batter & grease versus chicken breast meat. This is not appreciated especially for the price of this fast food item. If Jack In The Box could reduce the sodium in their batter and all their food items that would be an exponential improvement. Overall staff is friendly and appreciate that the manager protects employees service, however not arguing with customers would be a better choice in customer service. Finally as a regular customer I am pleased that management is willing to rectify orders that are not correct or not meeting expectations. Overall this is a decent fast food establishment with caring employees at this location.

Don't come here if you have a bike. They treated me like a homeless person and refused to sell me food.  Manager has an attitude and issues.

I used to like Jack back in the days. Tried a spicy chicken with curly fries. Literally the worst fast food experience I can recall. Worse than a late 80's middle school cafeteria lunch.  I'll never eat at Jack in the Box again in my life. So long suckers!Food: 1/5

Just went in for a doordash order, but still received and saw the amazing customer service this store provides. Ray helped me out and was very genuine. I could tell that he was not just doing his job, but that he’s naturally good natured.

Food is what you expect. It's fast food, so nothing fancy, but they're quick and you get what you pay for. The inside needs a major remodel. When I do stop by, I mostly get drive through because the atmosphere inside is blah.Food: 5/5

The worst jack in the box i visit they have a latina manager and Armenian with the naughty attitude i was telling to latina manager the sandwich is not good and she told me but you already give a bite and i explain to her that's the way i find out is no good. So now i come to get something to take home and it was a Iranian or arminian lady and i was asking something about the coupon and she what do you want and i say excuse me why you answerme luke that's and she told me is the owners rule to treat that way to the customers . I ask for the phone number and she give a fake number. I hope want to one of the owners or GM know how they treat the people.
