I been going to this Jack in the box for a long time. Today service was excellent. They went beyond to make sure I was very happy with my order. Not all of them are rude but some are. But beyond that today was the best service I have seen in a long time. Alsome job to all employees of this Jack in the box.

Its 2:50 am and They took the person order that was in front of me then basically disappeared for the 10 minutes I've been sitting here. Won't answer the phone or anything. If I didn't live close I would never bother coming here.

It was alright. The employee asked me what I'd like while not looking at me and standing on the far end of the counter. So I thought she was talking to someone coming through the drive thru. 

I got a bacon ranch monster taco and a large drink. It took them a while to start making it even though I was the only one there. They were confused on what to make (I think their system was down). The taco was broken in half before I started eating it.

Great service, the staff is always friendly! They all treat my granddaughter like family! The food is always fresh hot and tasty! We love us some Jack!

We all got about thirty coupons for the Buttery Jack...okay, great, let's go get a Buttery Jack then, shall we? 

    Well, looks like they are out of them here.....so, we go to the next Jack, and.... they are out there, too! All of them were out. 

      Seems kind of ridiculous, doesn't it?

 Update: more coupons for different types of items weeks later....still out of hamburgers and even other items! We could even go to 7-11 and find a burger...but not at a place who bases their reputation largely on burgers.......

       So far, I count over twenty votes of "we're not going back," from associates and friends. Wow, this is bad.
