It depends on your taste buds but I think this place is worth a try, at least once. The spring rolls are perfection. I don't recommend the pad Thai but the vegetable stir fry and the lo mein are good. The staff is very nice and very attentive.

I'm super picky about Chinese food but this was one of the best Chinese meals I've had in a long time! I read a lot of reviews before going so my friend and I ordered some of the suggestions.

Pot Stickers: 1/2 Veggie, 1/2 Chicken
The chicken pot stickers were AWESOME. Chicken was seasoned super well, dough was firm but still soft. Veggie ones were okay, a little runny and loose, hard to eat without a fork and didn't have much flavor to them.

Garlic Green Beans:
I read a lot of good reviews about these but I didn't particularly like them! I think there was a lot of butter/oil and the beans themselves weren't too great to begin with, so it was just covering up the flavor.

Pepper Steak Beef with Fried Rice:
This made up for the rest of the problems TOTALLY. The fried rice was really good, not too much salt or oil but still flavorful, and the steak was TOP NOTCH. Like, I haven't had that good of steak in Asian food ever. The veggies with it were really good as well, but the rice and the protein were the stars. Will probably get Broccoli Steak next time.

Friend also had Crab Rangoon (I don't like seafood so I'm not going to give my personal review) but they were gone in minutes! They were very well cooked and he said it was pretty well proportioned in fillings.

I find that this place is a hit or miss with the taste of the food.  Sometimes is spectacular, other times not so good.  The staff is friendly and drive thru is pretty quick when you order ahead of time.  Prices are reasonable.

Mr Chopsticks is-in my opinion-the best place in Denton for Asian-style food.

 It had already established itself as an unspoken, nostalgic gem before I had visited myself. I sat down at an outside patio that has a pleasant view of the neighborhood surrounding it. I had the steamed-pork pot-stickers, crab rangoons, and shrimp tempura with brown rice and cucumber salad. I thought each dish was well-above excellent. It's truly a good place for any good quick Asian dish that looks and tastes homemade.

While it may not be one of my favorite restaurants of all time, it's still an incredible establishment on it's own. I give my highest rating in hopes that it continues to satisfy its customers.

Best Asian food in Denton. Egg Drop Soup is garlicky and comforting, and the beef fried rice is the best I've ever had. It's quirky and eclectic with local art for sale on the walls and friendly students to serve you. Make sure you look at the board for the daily grill and sushi specials.
