Worse customer service anywhere. My husband and I waited several minutes before even being acknowledged. Two employees looked at us many times and said nothing. There was nobody else in the restaurant at the time. When someone finally came to take our order, he talked so low we could not hear anything he said. Before we left my husband went up to let them know that their soda machine was waste tray was overflowing onto the floor and again was not acknowledged and at this time 3 people were waiting in line. Hamburgers were barely warm.

This is the worst jack in the box I've ever been to,ive had nothing but problems at this location,  the workers just dont care about the product they are putting out, paid money for extra cheese and not only did they not put any extra cheese on it, they put the smallest amount of chicken possible. Never coming back here again.

My cashier started of room. But did indicate on a positive note by providing excellent Customer service. This Jack-in-the-Box in Atwater has the best lemonade hands-down.The lobby is nice and clean. And the employees are pretty good.

They need to change their oil more. Seems like the food is cooked twice. The service is not that great as well.

By far One of the worst fast foods in atwater. the night crew. EVERY SINGLE TIME THE FOOD IS COLD THE BUNS ARE HARD. THEY HAVE NO IDEA how to follow any directions or they just don't care.. They get it wrong 10/10 times. Don't believe me? Just go at night and find out for your self. I spend almost 40 to 50 every time just for them to always mess it up..

I’ve been here on multiple occasions and it’s always been a disappointment. The food looks sloppy and unappealing, their card machines don’t work half the time so you need to use cash to pay and you can be the only person in the lobby and it’ll take five minutes for an employee to take your order. I’m honestly surprised this location hasn’t gone out of business yet.

Great fast service through the drive through. The young man taking the order was clear and patient. He read my order back perfectly. I will be back the food that I ordered was hot and neatly placed in the bag. Thank you!

If yall like watery soda and cold food every time then this place to go. might as well go to the dollar store freezer section.
