On several occasions while waiting for an order, I have had to wait over 15 minutes before even being acknowledged. I have even noticed other customers standing and waiting for long periods of time before their orders are even taken. Some have even left. It may or may not be a short staff issue. I have witnessed several employees standing around shooting the breeze and ignoring customers. Some of them display attitudes as if you're bothering them, disturbing their conversations. At the drive thru, when pulling up, employees have stood with their backs to the window for several minutes before acknowledging you're there. This location is the worst In the area and are in serious need of customer service training. There are very few of them that display customer care. But the majority don't. Something needs to be done.
I have to be honest. Typically I avoid McDonald's, however my son wanted some items from there. I used the mobile app for the 2nd time in order to expedite the process. For the 2nd time it took over 20 mins to receive the order. The McDonald's app is pretty bad. Makes no sense to place the order in advance and then have to show up before they even begin to make the order. This location is extremely understaffed and it seems very poorly managed. There are always dirty tables and things look poorly kept. Management should definitely step their game up.
Today's visit at McDonalds was horrible. The kids area was a complete mess. There was trash on the tables under the tables and all around. The staff was on their phone and you could hear them cussing to each other. I've been here many times but today was not a good day.
Service was questionable, but I'm not going to go hard on highscoolers and college students working for a paycheck. Food was expected, and the feeling was welcoming.Food: 4/5
Ordered a #1 came out good but I also Order a kids meal all I got was the fries in it no chicken nuggets no toy .
I ordered a $11-$12 large chicken sandwich meal, they didn't put any sauce in the sandwich, literally just chicken and bread! No ketchup for the fries, highway robbery.
Wow. Let me say, the service couldn't have been much worse. There was one person sort of covering the front. One couple walked in and waited five minutes to have their order taken, and no one was in front of them. I was picking up a mobile order and waited 12 minutes before I was even acknowledged. When I gave them my order number she said "Oh it's right here" then went and got it from someplace out of view of the counter. I've been to many fast food restaurants and to McDonald's all over the country and never have any of them provided such horrible customer service.
To all to know played $15bucks for two Mic dubbals not the best meal in fact look at at that time could resin if it had ben set on no thank you micky mouse buy the frys had bein the one thing that was and looked and tast like real good! How do you sale something that on a posters looks like a hamburger but the sale i got was not any way the same! Also we decided to eat thare but did not get a diner tray? Ask do you have theme , I got a look that mean nothing not once but two times do you even care if the table may be full of germs . I'll not go to your low service again.
Highly highly recommend not letting kids play in the play area of this McDonald’s until they start cleaning it daily….both of my girls got really sick after I let them play there…
The food is made well and served in good time, but the rest of the experience is terrible. Every time, they fail to address that the customer has approached the front desk to order. They simply glance at you without even saying "hello, we'll be right with you," which makes a world of difference for the customer's experience. I requested help, and all they did was glance back at me until I addressed them a 2nd time. The person working the register walked away from taking my order TWICE to do other things rather than addressing one thing at a time. And especially the soda dispenser area is not well stocked or kept clean.
