Thinking we might avoid the horrible service/quality from the two other locations near our home, we thought we'd try this location thinking things would be different. We were wrong. The sandwiches were woefully undercooked. Not just "cold when we got them home", but literally undercooked with overly soft sourdough buns. Is this a district-wide issue?

THEY OVERCHARGED ME. I didn’t know u til I looked in the bag and saw two bacon ultimate cheeseburgers instead of just one and a chicken teriyaki bowl. They charged me $1 extra! And I looked on the receipt and they rang it up as two bacon ultimate cheeseburgers and two medium rootbeers with curly fries, I ordered a bacon ultimate with curly fries and a chicken teriyaki with regular fries and vitimin water, I got a root beer and vitim water as ordered and one bacon utltimate but then I got a second bacon ultimate without any chicken teriyaki bowl but ok fine over charge me. It’s YOUR JOB to make sure we get what we paid for. I didn’t know until I was all the way home. Never going here again, next time I’ll go to 164th where they take too long, at least they get an order right

Took 20 minutes to make the food only for it to be not what I ordered and it was all cold. Went back to get the right sandwich and it was still cold. Cheese wasn’t melted. They were all just standing around and not doing much of anything.

Yeah hey, I walked a mile and a half to find the door locked, dining room dark and chairs upside-down on the tables. At 4:30 am, you can imagine how disappointed you'd be to realize no breaky or coffee. Google has Jack being 24/7 but it's not a reality.  Tried Dennys but they were closed too, Kinda ugly,  huh?  Vegetarian options: Walked a mile to get a salad coffee and some tacos but contrary to Google s overview, Jack was dark and locked up tight

There was a issue with one of my previous visit and spoke to the manager Esmeralda and was very professional kind patient listening to the me and made the situation right.  I would highly recommend this location

I'm very mad from my order half my food was under cooked and other half was covered over in dressings .there food is very expensive and to get a half melted shake witch was the only part I was able to eat .I'm real happy I just paid 35 bucks for nothing basicly

I give it 5 stars for letting me walk thru the drive thru. Not all places will. The food, service, and speed are good. Current road construction at night is only deterrent.

New person working there, sweetest girl named Sophie, first time the foods been actually good at this location in years. Hire that girl on as a manager, pay her a lot and don't let her go. Went from a 1/10 to a 12/10 easily in one visit. Will definitely be coming back soon

I pulled up two cars behind the speaker and it took 28 minutes from then to get my food, a meal for one.
