One of the worst Jack in the Box's in Vallejo, and that's saying something. Just got a buttery hack and they didn't put the lettuce or tomato on it. They also didn't give me a receipt. I always regret getting food from this place.

Has really great food, especially breakfast. I love coming here for the food and the price. Also the regular iced caramel coffee is absolutely amazing like honestly impeccable.  Parking: It enough parking for a family gathering if you want to go that.   Wheelchair accessibility: It has it  Dietary restrictions: You can take things in or out and order substitutes.

Worst customer service ever lady was so rude yelling at us like it was our fault no yah have number on the menu for a reason I ask for number 4 and he just gave me just an sandwich no I wanted the whole combo that’s why you ask make sure would you like a the meal or just the sandwich stupid learn fast food customer always right stupid

Solid JOB... I like to come here early in the morning or late at night. Typically they hire good kids from the neighborhood and I appreciate that. Why are jack spicy chickens sooooo spicy now..

The bread on my breakfast sandwich was burnt. It left a bad after taste. Yet the food was cold? And the burrito my fiancé got, was bad to. The tortilla was cold and crumbling apart. We paid almost 20 dollars for this. And the cashiers couldn’t understand us when we were ordering?

Sometimes they close and only take for dash orders not sure what that's about maybe short staffed

The drive thru person was the only one working and by himself he gave great service and the food was hot and good. Hired more help on Tennessee Street Jack in the box in Vallejo California

Went thru the drive thru at 0505 this morning.  Handwriting sign on speaker said "on break till 5:15". Guy came on the speaker and told me "we on break. Come back in 15". Well done. No stars would be a better rating.
