So I know fast food doesn't always looks good as the commercials unless you eat at Wendy's in Tokyo but today was different.  I ordered the #6 spicy chicken which if I am correct should've had lettuce and mine looked like Mike Tyson had used it for a punching bag, and the fries where extremely hard and tasted old.  The chicken patty was hard and dry as well, but I was hungry and didn't want to be late for work.  I hope this is an one off cause the place wasn't even busy, only two customers including myself.  Usually the fries are soft and the chicken can be dry but not always, I hate to see american franchises lose in quality to the counterparts in Asia.  I'll try it again next month and hopefully the quality isn't as bad as today.

Clean, cheerful location in an area of town that's one of the worst.  Professional, friendly service, and decent food.  I go for the frosty, and they are delicious. I also go for the baked potato, which in my opinion, is one of the best options you will ever find at a fast food restaurant. Where else can you spend less than $3 for a yummy, relatively healthy, "sticks to your ribs" filling side item aka: small meal?? DELICIOUS!! AMAZING GOOD DEAL!! I recently ordered the egg, cheese, biscuit breakfast item, with no sausage I'm vegetarian, not vegan.  I'm sad to report my experience was very disappointing. The biscuit was so old and dry, it crumbled into little pieces as I tried to get a bite of my obviously over cooked literal "green" egg sandwich. It was so stale, dry, and tastes so bad I spit it out, and discarded the entire meal, except for the pre-packaged Orange Juice. Yuck  Stay with what you know is a good motto for this place.  I'm going to stick to Wendy's famous frosty, and awesome baked potatoes!  Yum

This place is usually my go to burger spot but I got 2 doubles and when I say it wasn't the same I mean it! The burger patties were just falling apart not like a burger at all made us sick was on the toilet after eating it don't know why but it wasn't the same. Won't be going back for burgers and I just paid for a Free frosty w/ purchase key chain oh yeah the fries were cold and nasty and they forgot to give me my frosty which is all I went for but the manager was nice and said I could come back anytime to get 2 free frostys. Guess from now on I can just order a frosty and get my free frosty w/ purchase!? On a side note I went to burger king and that burger was hot the fries were to hot to eat! Really! And this was after getting home with the food so I went again and same thing. Burger King for the win. Sorry Dave but Wendy is tripping hope this helps and whoever reads this lives long and prospers.

I went to try the “new” fries, and let me say…they were delicious! I may not ever go back to   for my fri-cravings! I also had nuggets any adult/child would love. Great job Wendy’s, you’ve got a new fan

Picked up the full-size Apple Pecan Salad today still missing the Mandarin Chicken Salad  - hope they'll bring it back some day . Service was great. The cashier, Lourdes was courteous and friendly. The salad was crunchy. The chicken was . The dried cranberries were yummy. The carmelized pecans were tasty. The apples were tart, but it balanced out the all-around taste. All in all, just how I envisioned. My "go-to" restaurant for salads. Most people will say other restaurants have better salads, but I'm perfectly fine with Wendy's.

Person taking drive up orders was not very customer friendly. No milkshakes they did make the order correctly but the fries were not hot and the  chicken sandwich was old, lettuce was limp and soggy. I would not go back. Too expensive for unimpressive food.  Parking: Lots of parking.  Wheelchair accessibility: Saw a ramp

Using the drive thru box is hard enough however when the person taking our order doesn't speak or listen well it can be very frustrating. Otherwise food was good but order was wrong   Wheelchair accessibility: It is available.

Good food and the workers were trying their best and the atmosphere was great a lot of people but it created a nice environment Food: 5/5

 Yes  I really appreciate this particular Wendy's, because they have fresh food. The food doesn't seem to be cooked in old oil or the products don't taste old.  The Plus what I love the most is they offer healthy alternatives,  for example I really enjoyed their specialty Salad, it was very fresh and very good. I never thought I'd review a fast food joint, but they are doing great work here. The ladies this morning were fantastic real smiles and quick efficient service. I love Wendy's so if probably be back regardless but I really like this place. It's clean smells nice and the service. Thank you for your hard work ladies!!!
