The drive thru is small and the wait was lengthy. The price is good for a meal. The bisquits were hard today.Food: 3/5
Do you like a LOT of attitude with your chicken order?! I recently stopped by this location because I didn't want to drive across town to Popeye's. I was the only customer at Church's at the time. I gave my order over the speaker; 2-piece combo with a wing and a thigh as well as a jalapeno pepper. I'm certain of my order because I always order the same thing regardless of the chicken joint. Although i was the only customer, I waited a full 5-minutes for my order. My mistake was not checking the order prior to leaving. I got home to discover that my thigh and wing had become a breast and a drumstick...and no jalapeno pepper. I drove back and informed them of the error. Immediately I was met with pronounced rudeness from the woman at the window. She demanded my receipt twice and twice I told her that I'd left it at home. It seemed like the fix should have been very simple; take the food back and give me what I asked for. No, this woman was insisting that I didn't specify which pieces I wanted which was ridiculous given that I had repeated my order twice over the loud speaker and she also insisted that I'd never asked for the jalapeno. What did this Ambassador of Congeniality to then? She told me that I had to pay for the single jalapeno pepper as though I hadn't just driven all the way back to get this order straght. This woman couldn't spell "Customer Service" if you spotted her all of the vowels! Goodbye, Church''s. This was a simple fix and you could hardly have handled it worse...and there are other choices in town!
I came in the evening at 5 PM and I'm sure that my chicken was refried and not fresh. The crust was hard and darker with some looking at if it fell off of both pieces of chicken. I didn't see this until I got home and was so disappointed as I love Church's Chicken. I usually go come around 12 noon when I know that they're getting fresh chicken for their lunch customers. I had hoped that they were doing the same for the late afternoon customers. Nope...
I love this church's chicken, they or willing to make you fresh chicken if your willing to wait for it. Also the customer service is always great. I haven't had a bad experience yet.Food: 5/5
It's always a long wait even if it's only 1 car in the drive thru and sometimes it happens if it's just you. The food is still consistently good and they have good deals going all the time.Food: 4/5
The food was barely warm when I ordered through the drive thru and I had to keep repeating myself over few times after each question the worker asked. The Church's in Oakland is much better if you decide to try this place outFood: 3/5
I ordered from Uber Eats. 3pc combo with corn on the cob, extra large mac and cheese, extra biscuits. I received no corn, small mac and cheese, large mashed potatoes, rolls instead of biscuits and chicken was cold and stale tasting like it had been sitting out for a long while. Total waste of $$. Uber Eats was no help either. Done with both of them!

I had the $ 6 smokehouse chicken deal. Small chicken but tasted good. Comes with mashed potatoes [ no choice of side ] & a honey butter biscuit. I also got the peach cobbler. Small but good. I will definitely order these again. Yummo
