The staff was friendly at this location. The food was hot and delivered as ordered. We did not go inside, but the drive through service was fast. Our tacos were delicious, but we're not sure why they continue to serve what's likely the worst "taco sauce" in the food industry. I'm from Missouri where this nasty taco sauce would be acceptable. But here in California, they should know better and serve something more authentic. That said, if I wanted authentic tacos, I shouldn't be going to Jack in the Box! But at 2 for 99¢ how can you resist?

We tried this fast food chain for the first time on a family vacation to California last summer. The food was delicious, hot, fast and fresh. We were traveling with 6 adults and a 1~year old baby and each of us were able to find food we enjoyed, including the baby. Sadly, we don't have any of these restaurants in our region, but I will go there again on our next trip.

Disgusting pigs. Came in and there's bees flying around in the restaurant and dead lying on the floor. Burned the patty on my sandwich. Go to a different Jack in the Box if you want quality.

I’ve lived down the street for years. This Jack in the box is seriously going down hill. I usually order the chicken fajita combo and give the fries and drink to my son & order him a chicken sandwhich. Well this past week they have screwed up my order more then two times. First time, I actually saved the food and got a refund the next day. Didn’t take one bite! Had to demand a refund becus I showed I didn’t touch it and they TRIED to say no. Tonight, they took my order and in the middle of it I heard the speaker disconnect and she wasn’t even listening to me! Not the first time either. I understand they may be multitasking but really? Why start my order if your only going to stop listening and STILL Screw it up. Came home with the wrong fries and tomatoe on my food. Seriously never coming here again.

OH! & to top it off. When I called about it, the manager wasn’t there and was told they would be there in the morning. I then attempted to explain what happen and the woman acted like she couldn’t hear me and hung up. I called back and they didn’t answer. Lol! Horrible horrible horrible customer service!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
