Fresh and Fit is the best San Diego Meal Prep company that I've tried! My boyfriend and I started with them about 6 months ago, we absolutely love it. All of their meal prep options are delicious, and you can tell they're made fresh with high-quality meats and vegetables. We have tried big national brands like Freshly, but we found their food to be like lean cuisine. With Fresh and Fit you're getting real food that's made locally in San Diego and delivered to your door for free. It's affordable, convenient and delicious, what more could I ask for!

I've been getting Fresh & Fit meals sent to me for about 2 months now and I love them. My favorite part is all of the options! Each week I try to choose something new, they really help curb my cravings for restaurant food because they have everything, Thai, Italian, Chinese, but they make it healthy. I've tried many of their competitors but I can say from experience this is the best san diego meal prep service. 

Many of the competitors either have very bland and basic options or their food is no better than a lean cuisine TV dinner. Fresh & Fit has a true healthy meal delivery service, not just food that is packed with preservatives served in small portions to seem healthy.

Customer service is A+, they answered all my questions about the nutritional facts about their meal, it's an excellent value, and they deliver for Free to my apartment. Every Sunday I look forward to hearing my meal prep delivery show up at my door.

I want to start by saying that i never ever leave online reviews and when i see novels on Yelp and Google i call those people low lives with nothing but time in their hands ! But this has to be public so maybe i can wake some people up out there. 

I got 25 meals delivered to my house 3 days ago and each meal is underweight. They tell you that you get 60 grams of Protein in their Kung Pow Chicken but after putting the chicken on my food scale i realized it only had 2.80 ounces of chicken in it which is only 21 grams of protein. I am sure they get away with it because there are plenty of stupid people out there who do not pay attention to anything.  3 whole foods stores in Los Angeles got fined for $750 k for having rigged food scales so if this gets reported i am sure they will have to change things.  The chicken they get is from the Restaurant Depot and so is the Steak and the salmon so when they tell you that they use Orgsnic meat that's the biggest b.s they can tell you because i myself have shopped there for 12 plus years when i needed to but haven't had their nasty rubber like Chicken breat in years. So save your money and research a better company out there for your meals because what these guys serve is just beyond disgusting and deceiving !

I am incredibly happy with the amazing food and customer service I have received over the last month. Not only does this company uphold its meal ingredients and expectations (not one other company can deliver "no onions"). 

But Alonso made an extra effort for me this week because I had surgery. I know he can't always promise door step delivery but making it work this week meant a lot to me, while I can't walk. 
The pricing is competitive, the food is satisfying, and the customer service is outstanding.

I started ordering the service for my office a few months ago. They really come through. They offered our office a bulk discount and keep our company stocked weekly with healthy lunches. Company moral and efficiency have improved due to the fact that now our team can actually take a healthy break for lunch rather than spending their entire break hunting for fast option which are widely unhealthy. Kudos to the guys at Fresh & Fit Meals!
