Every time I come here they shove all our food into one bag! I have 4 or 5 kids with my usually and they put my meal and all of my kids meals into one bag. To me that's lazy and bad customer service because my kids always want their own bag. I mean if I'm paying for a KIDS MEAL I at least deserve a bag. They are always out of Dr pepper when I come here and nobody is smiling. I really don't like this one.. something needs to change.

So me and My man  went to the jack in the box  when the lady asked to take our order tru talked in a different high pitched voice to give us a moment please  and they lady said "you wanna play in my drive thru, not me I'm not the one" then she continued to let us sit in the drive thru for another 10 minutes or so while the line built up behind us, finally she told us to pull up to the window , she then proceeded to unlock the window and ask if he was playing in her drive - thru and the answer is no , he talks in different voices I DIDNT KNOW THAT THERE WAS ANYTHING WRONG WITH THAT !? all we were trying to do is order my food, she then proceeded to tell him well she can't take our order and shut and locked the door in his face . Also I went there like a day or two ago and got a hangry chicken munchie and they put sour cream with it instead of ranch ... I tried to call but it wouldn't go through and when it did no one answered . I work in the food industry as a manager and never have I ever experienced such rude and bad customer service ! I come here all the time but due to her rude attitude I don't think I will ever be back , sad because my family and I live up the street ! You should never treat your customers this way !!😐😒💯

This time they didn't have most of the things that I wanted but they are always good.  They have some of the best food. I love this place

Always good always clean, always out of Dr pepper which I will have to live without lol

Fairly quick considering it was just after 5 pm. Food was okay, not terrible but not fantastic either.
