This is maybe the worst Panera Bread order I've ever gotten. My salads were half the size of other locations, my baguettes were burnt and stale, sloppy sandwiches.... It's such a nice building and location, too bad the service and food quality doesn't live up.

The only thing I wish they would keep on the menu is black bean soup. I don't understand why they take one of there best selling soups off the menu? As far as there quality of soups they are the best at that.

I was here at this Panera Bread for the first time. I ordered my lunch via the kiosk for the first time. It was fun to do my order that way. I took my time. No one was behind me. I got to choose and canceled what I picked and finally chose the lunch that I like. Asked Juan at the register for help with my drink. He took good care of it. I asked the manager Jennifer for a copy of my receipt. She printed it. It was so simple! Coffee was fresh. Bread was soft. The atmosphere and the music playing softly over head were all wonderful. I enjoyed my visit to this Panera Bread a lot today. Thank you for a great service!!

The heavy set guy with glasses, I'm assuming he's the store mabsger talks to his employees like they're children and needs to work on his professionalism toward the customers.

Using on line ordering is great. Usually is less time than being in line at lunch. Orders have always been correct and you get rewards for using the Panerai app. Dining room always appears to be bussed and clean for seating.
