I have been here a few times. Most have been acceptable, last night was not. Just wanted a milkshake. Seems an easy request. Pulled into a filly lit slot. The overhead light were on, the red button lit, the lettering around it, and the LCD screen all lit. While sitting deciding an employee heading for a smoke informed us the outside is closed, and we would have to use the drive through. Why have everything on if it's closed. We moved to the drive through line, and waited a good 5 to 10 minutes to give our order. Then another 10 to 15 minutes to get our order. I started to notice the at least 8 employees inside and wonder what was taking so long with people having to wait at the window 3 to 5 minutes each. No one I saw seemed to order anything large, mostly drinks. My daughter ordered a slushie and got a shake instead. Lacey seems to have a problem with quick and accurate service after dark.

Hey this is fast food. However what makes this really cool is you can pull up and have a person deliver your food on roller skates. When was the last time you had that happen? Friendly service with an above-average cheeseburger however it's not five stars because of fries weren't fresh.

In Lacey WA .The service was fast, and good. Had the #3 burger meal could have been hotter but very good , the fries are very small almost the same size as mcds small fries they could be better didn't care for them . My wife had the #1 burger we shared the fries the coca cola was just right shared that too . Service was excellent that's why I gave 4 stars .

You know I've eaten at two sonics here and both times I gotta say it wasn't the greatest. The foods was brought out cold, the taste wasn't all that and milkshakes I received something other than what I had ordered. I am not impressed at all with sonic. I would definitely think twice before trying them again

Decided to give this location a second chance (my first time around it took forever to get my food, but it was very busy). The employees are really nice, but they are short staffed and again my order took a long time and it wasn't busy this time. My food was over cooked, my son's corn dog was almost burnt, and the food was lukewarm and not very tasty at all for the second time around. It felt like a waste of money. The staff is friendly that's the only reason I gave it two stars, other than that I'd prefer to just go home and cook my own burgers...sorry.
