Kudos to Eugene who groomed my Yorkie, Darla and my Maltese, Fiona on Jan 2. He did an excellent job! Normally when I get them home from a grooming appointment, I have to get the scissors and "fix" their faces and tails and whatever other body parts that ended up funky. I have tried at least 5 different groomers in Albuquerque (including PetSmart/Eubank, never again!), I'll be sticking with PetSmart/Mercantile from now on. PS, Aspen did a terrific job of welcoming my dogs upon arrival, making them feel at ease. My Fiona is normally skittish around strangers, but Aspen made her feel at ease immediately, which is important to me and very much appreciated. Good job, Eugene and Aspen!

I took my dog there for a rabies vaccination while I was living in Albuquerque for a short while
 The girl at the counter was covered in tattoos and piercings. She made me wait 10 minutes while she was on the phone with a personal call. I was very irritated with this. She could tell that I was upset with her and probably incorrectly thought that I didn't like her because of the tattoos and piercings. I could care less about that. A week later I received a notice from the city of Albuquerque about not having a dog license.
This is how they treat their customers?
I have never again set foot in a PetSmart ever again. Besides, how many people have taken their beloved dogs to PetSmart for grooming and had their doggy family member killed by PetSmart? 
PetSmart is an uncaring horrible company. 
A dog lover would be incredibly foolish to risk your dog's life playing Russian roulette taking them to PetSmart for grooming or anything else.🤪

Associates are very knowledgeable about the fish. As well as the fish are in great shape. Tanks are clean. Been to another big name store lately and some of the poor fish barely have any fins left.

Took my husky for his first visit and was thoroughly impressed by the care given to my pet at doggie day camp. Will definitely return because he had playmates and was happy. Thank you Pet smart staff!

They have a good store here based on my experience shopping for my two cats. They also have adoptions and a pet hotel. One stop shopping!
