Took my pup to get his picture with Santa today. I really appreciate them having this available, and especially grateful that the money for said photo goes to a good cause. The employees were all so incredibly kind, even though my dog wasn't on his best behavior! (Just a little loud, he doesn't get out much apparently).

Had a pretty good selection of beta fish. They were a bit more expensive than other stores but looked much healthier and there were plenty more options.

Very good customer service.  Well stocked store.  Prices good.  I've had a lot of trouble with the rewards program -- but ya can't have everything, right?  Anyway, this is now my Go-To Pet Store.

The pet supplies they have here is fairly decent and they have a very knowledgeable staff about pets. The aspect of this store that sets it above and beyond the competition are the dog lessons. The head dog trainer and the assistant dog trainers are amazing. They are professional, knowledgeable, and just a delight to work with. They care about the training of the pet and the well-being of every student. If you ever get a new dog (regardless of age) you should immediately sign up for lessons here.

Great selection of high quality dog/cat food. Health supplement selection much greater than that of their main competitor. The staff here are very pleasant and helpful.
