Food: 6 out of 10 Service: 7.5 out of 10 Communication: 3 out of 10 Location: 8 out of 10 This was an interesting experience to say the least. I called ahead of time to reserve a table for my friends and I, and it was all good to until we got there. No one seems to communicate with each other, which kind of sucks because I would think a business thrives off of communication. The food was alright, I wanna say it was a 4 out of 10. My girlfriend’s steak was good though, I liked it. That was an 8 out 10. My waiter was super friendly and attentive. He was unsure of the menu from time to time but he was good for the most part. The overall vibe of the restaurant was a 6 out of 10. There were a few other things that I didn’t enjoy and some that were really cool.
The experience was good! The floor manager, Jeff was amazing. He was super friendly and nice and took care of all the customers on timely manner. The burger was juicy. The waitress was bit rushed but overall experience was phenomenal. Definitely recommended!!
Great service and super lovely staff! Burgers not my favorite.. the bread to meat ratio was pretty off.. way too much meat and then even more overwhelming with toppings and the meat doesn’t hold together well so it crumbles making it difficult to eat .. flavor of meat was decent but kinda bland - vibe super cool though love the old school vibe !
It took me so long to eat in this place, and I wish I came sooner! I'm in this area a lot and one day just decided to check it out, since it looked really fun on the outside. Very chill and fun vibe. Amazing food and great service! I had the Mac & Cheese wrap with waffle fries and it was AMAZING!! More of a low key place, but one not to miss!
Huge portions and decent prices for burgers that would have been insane if the patty just had a bit more salt. Roughly 8 oz. patty and 15+ different topping options and are the burgers are under $20. The ambience also had a nice old western feel that was quite nice. There was even a old school music selector, where you could put a quarter and choose your own music for the entire room. They also have spiked milkshakes and desserts which my friend enjoyed, while I had the Jackson hole Sundae which was a 16 oz, vanilla ice cream, chocolate cake and fudge sundae for just $9 a great deal that also tasted good. They also have salads and other options like sandwiches and entrees apart from the appetizers. A bit more salt and it would have definitely been 5-star. Vegetarian options: They do have a veggie option for all their burgers. Kid-friendliness: They have fries and small burgers.
The food was amazing. When you want a good burger, this is definitely the place to be. I had the classic burger. It was made to order and it was so juicy. Just make sure you go with an empty stomach cause you do get a good amount of fries.
I met Jackson Hole by accident, some years ago when I was living in Turtle Bay and I ordered delivery. Since that day, I've been a regular. The food is something from other planet. Flavors are mixed harmoniously, and from the first moment you'll realize you are having something unique. I usually build my own burger with American cheese, blue cheese and bacon. The experience of visiting the place is also unique. I usually go when friends from abroad are in town, so they can experience it. You'll find pieces of American history in the walls, like John Wayne's pistols, and you will have fun playing music in the old jukeboxes that work with quarters. Attention is super nice. As a New Yorker, I've been in a lot of very cool burger places here in the city, but Jackson Hole is the best. However, there's one thing I'll never be able to forgive you guys: your jukeboxes have Bonnie Tyler, yet you don't have "Holding out for a hero". Come on!
Getting takeout here was a pleasant surprise. Chicken n Waffles can be a tricky dish to master but they've figured it out. The chicken isn't too dry and the seasoning is v tasty. Didn't even need syrup for the waffle it was so good. Paired with a chocolate shake for good measure.
Location was great, right next to our Airbnb. Thursday, late evening, not too busy. Service needed a nudge to get going, but then was good. Beer selection was so-so get more craft IPAs. Burger was solid, fries looked good but tasted a bit off. Would give them a second chance.
Interesting atmosphere. Food is delicious and large meals. Staff is attentive. Unfortunately no variety of wines. Cons: tine and dirty restrooms.
