Wish I could give it a 10 but it's only 5 stars max. Excellent customer service! If something doesn't go accordingly, employees goes above and BEYOND to make sure customers are satisfied. The place looks great with the new renovation. Great place, great people! Satisfaction guaranteed.

I was there this morning to ship a parcel and the man at the counter was extremely rude, had attitude, spoke to me as if I were stupid, and told me that I could not bring the parcel in again that wasn’t taped. I will never go here again. Do not need that kind of treatment! There is no need to be that unpleasant with customers!

If there were a half star option, I would definitely go with the half star. There is an Asian guy who has extremely horrible attitude, he treated me like I'm stupid. And he smiled contemptuously when I paid with credit card. DO NOT go to this place, unless you want your day to be ruined.

That one asian employee has terrible customer service. I was there to ship a parcel, yet he only offered me a more expensive shipping method. Yet when I go to the Canada Post in Burlington they give me a cheaper method for the same parcel. I went back there a second time to mail out an envelope and he had to complain that I used a credit card to pay for my item and told me to pay by cash next time. Like seriously avoid this location at all costs unless you want your day to be ruined.
