I'm new to Hamilton and had to run to this post office today. Read all of the reviews and wasn't sure how long my visit would take. I went at noon when their least busiest and I had about 4 or 5 people in front of me and there was one lady working and one guy that came from the back and helped a little too. I only waited about 15 minutes which is pretty average for a post office with that many people working and people in front of you. Staff was very nice and I like the lobby because you're not cramped. I didn't have to call so I'm sure that's an understandable frustration and I'm sure at different times of the day when it's busier I would get impatient too. Don't expect it to be like walking into a 5-star hotel where they have plenty of staff on hand to help you immediately, that's just not realistic. I think what would maybe help is if they had a snack and drink vending machine for those waiting in line.

Holy cow these people just don't want to be at work. Rude service! It's hard to get in and out of this location as well.

By far the slowest post office in the county. Go to 45013 or Trenton.

It's 9:31am. They've been open for 31 minutes and I've called there 10 times and no one will answer the phone! That's poor poor service! Incompetent service to say the least!
