Acceptable selection of stores and restaurants, but seems like it would heavily benefit from quite a few more in order to maintain a steady crowd that would visit more than once. I walk through regularly (mainly to get some steps in after a big lunch), and it's juuust big enough to do so while perusing the newest items in the typical staple mall stores like hot topic, Spencer's, etc.

Nicest people I have ever met in every store at Macy's in the mall. Nail Trix nail salon is fairly good. Easy parking. Basic shopping options.

When u live in a small town this is where u go. U can basically find what your looking for and the mall directory names are familiar. Just wish it was bigger

I had a great experience today at Jacksonville Mall inside of Forever 21 and American Eagle both locations were extremely helpful to me as soon as I walked in to help me find things.
 It was like the " good old days" where customer service was number one!
Thank you!

I would say the only negative part of my experience there was having to go to the restroom and every single bathroom except the male bathroom was CLOSED. 
THE MALE SECURITY GUARD would not allow me to go into the female or family bathrooms, so I said I was feeling VERY MASCULINE RIGHT NOW. 😂🙄 and went into the male restroom. 👨he waited for me to come out and I felt very offended.

Clean mall. Just seems small for the area. It does have good choices of shops/brands to shop at though.
