Cross Creek mall has come a long way in the past few years. The District is a nice area with more popular stores. The food court is average. The mall itself isn’t bad, it is well kept and they have a lot of security around the mall. The bathrooms are gross and definitely need more attention. Safety wise it could use some improvements...I don’t enjoy being catcalled while walking around the mall or being followed.  Prices are pretty good and I like that they have started updating the stores. Lots of room to grow

Needs improvements. The mall is discussing, gross, and is not taken care well. The outside is nice but it needs to be renovated on the inside. Would be nice if the mall got restaurants like Cheesecake Factory or P.F. Chang’s.

Malls are the worst! I avoid shopping malls at all costs. This one is old and outdated. The new outdoor stores helped but they would do better to level and do more outdoor shops like streets of south point

I like Cross Creek Mall. It's not considered to be a Large mall, but it has some very good points of sale. Their prices are competitive and here you are allowed to compare prices, use coupons & speak to management for consideration. Most of the stores have associates that are very helpful & friendly. As with all places, it may not be the top of the list for great Sales, but It's what we have and all of the stores are aware that it is up to them to make Us want to come back. We need them to accommodate our needs/wants and They need us for survival. (Dap/ Drop the mic)☺

If you love clothing store followed by clothing store, this is your mall.  No toy stores, bookstores, or other places of real interest.  Come here to mall walk or shop for back to school clothing.
