Been here twice. First for Saturday brunch which was quite good. Second for dinner which was middling. Nice-looking back patio and fun back space over the river. Complimentary valet, good touch. At brunch the food -- cinnamon roll, sausage, etc. -- was all great. At dinner none of the food I tried (yeast rolls, greens, mac & cheese, lamb) "popped" and much of it wasn't even served hot. Will return for brunch not dinner.

I was unimpressed. The place is super cute and the service was great. But no one at my table was particularly pleased with their meal, especially for the price, and the shared appetizers were completely unextraordinary. The cocktails were pricey, and I expected greatness. Alas, my expectations were not met. For $14, I feel an Old Fashioned should be something special, and this was not. Valet parking was complementary, and the mercantile had some nice merchandise. I'll give them another try for happy hour, but probably won't bother to come again for dinner.

Ambience is incredible, the decor from both inside and out is so cool and unique, it has a ton of character. The outdoor area is really large and they have fans with mist to keep it comfortable. There's even a section that overlooks the river, it's really pretty. Great place to bring a date, or just get some delicious food! The menu is not large, they focus on quality dishes. They even get their beef from their own farm! The wine selection was pretty decent, but the beer menu could be better. What they did have is good, but there's only a few choices. Also had the chicken fried steak, would highly recommend it. Be sure not to miss this place if your in the area! Oh, you have to try the homemade strawberry ice cream cake. It is to die for. Your welcome.

Dear Jacoby's, You have the Rudest hostess Ever!! I have Never felt so unwelcomed to be somewhere. Lucky I had eaten here before and knew it would get better, otherwise I would've left as soon as she threw attitude at me. Your wait staff was awesome and so was pretty much everyone else. But I'm almost afraid to go back, in case I see her again. Sorry, I don't want to ruin my day with her horrible attitude. Wow she is a super unhappy person. PS.. Thank you for the great food.

Great southern style food. Restaurant has comfortable and familiar ambiance, and a truly fantastic patio. Everything about our dinner experience, from our interactions with staff to the closing dessert (chocolate pumpkin bread pudding )was truly enjoyable.
